HOW CAN I GET MY HANDS ON A PAIR OF SOLEICONS?

Simply make a time using our appointment tab contact on our website or email us at assistance@soleicons.com.au. We'll arrange a time to help you select the style, material and fit you require for your own pair of Soleicons shoes or boots.

I AM LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR STYLE AND CAN'T SEE IT ONLINE. HOW CAN I GET MY HANDS ON WHAT I WANT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO BE PRODUCED?

The usual production time is approximately 3-6 weeks. Remember that you are purchasing a made-to-order pair of shoes, that is, your pair is not produced in advance, every part of it will be hand-crafted, exclusively for you, after submitting your order. From start (leather hand cutting) to finish (sole stitching).

Also, bear in mind that some customizations and artisan methods (i.e Patina Finishing) are more time consuming than others. If you customize your order with them, we might exceed the standard manufacturing time.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments from PayPal and debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, you may apply for a full refund by sending the product back to us. Once the item has been received and your refund has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be refunded through the same method of payment you used to pay for the order.

Products must be returned in new condition (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe; no visible creases or stretch marks on belts), and with the original packaging.

Items with custom engraved / embroidered initials are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items and purchases made using coupons or voucher codes will be refunded with in-store credit ONLY

Refer to the Return Policy section of this site for more information and procedures. Please, do not ship back any item without requesting the appropriate RMA authorization code in the first place. Delivery of unauthorized merchandise will be rejected.

DO YOU ACCEPT SIZE EXCHANGES?

Yes! We want to make sure your shoes fit you just right. If you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, we are happy to offer that. We will cover the shipping charges both ways to get you the right fitting pair.

Just email assistance@soleicons.com.au and we will get it done quickly. Exchange requests must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your product. Requests after that time will be denied.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHOE ORDER?

There is a 24 hour sunset period before your order has been placed and sent into production.Once this happens the manufacturing process starts immediately and therefore the order cannot be changed.

WHAT IS MY SOLEICONS SHOE SIZE?

Our shoes are made true to size. If you typically wear a size 9 (EU 43), you will fit a size 9 (EU 43) Soleicons shoes.

We offer half sizes sizes and wider widths for wide feet....Your correct foot size wil be established during your design and fitting appointment If you have any specific questions, you can email us at assistance@soleicons.com.au We are happy to help!

WHERE ARE SOLEICON SHOES MADE?

Our Shoes are hand made in Spain.

CAN I CHECK THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY ORDER?

Just email assistance@soleicons.com.au and we'll get back to you with where your shoes are in the production process and establish when you should recieve them
